"I learned about Lunardi through Yelp and decided to go with them since they had such great reviews. I'm so glad I did! I've dealt with a dozen moving companies over the years, and Lunardi set themselves apart from a "typical" moving service because they truly have a great human touch, and at a great value! Every time I spoke to them regarding my move, Fabricio was EXTREMELY helpful, warm, friendly, and reassuring to the point that I felt very confident about having them do my move, and the prices they quoted me were slightly lower than the other companies I called. I am usually pretty anxious when it comes to dealing with the unknown, but I didn't at all due to my interactions with Fabricio prior to the move. On the day of, Fabricio called me a few times in advance to let me know when they were coming - which is really nice because oftentimes companies either don't call at all, or only call you to let you know that they'll be late - and then they are REALLY late! The friendly Lunardi movers showed up on time, with an extra guy, and quickly, efficiently, carefully, and professionally packed/moved/unpacked my stuff. At the end, they even helped me with a few extra things at no charge (such as helping me plug in my refrigerator and throwing away a piece of furniture I didn't want) even though they could have charged me for it. They took extra care (without me even harping on it, which I usually need to do) in ensuring that the carpet and hardwood floor were protected during the move. This was especially important since my flooring was brand new. Unlike many companies, Lunardi seems to truly care about the customer experience and strive to make what could be a stressful situation into a pleasant one. I think this is a huge missing element in many companies, large or small, regardless of the industry. And because of this, I will definitely use Lunardi again in the future and recommend them to my network and Yelpers! Definitely go with them! You won't regret it!"
